You can simply sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and envision a warm red ball of light that starts at the base of your spine and flows out into your entire being. Practice diaphragmatic breathing, belly out as you breath in, belly collapses as you exhale. Breath to a count, 4 as you take an inhale, hold for 6, exhale for 8. Practice this for several minutes or more to find some balance.
